An out-of-balance propeller is one of the most common causes of excessive vibration in gyrocopters — and one of the easiest to fix. At Gyro Wrench, we perform dynamic propeller balancing to eliminate vibration at the source, protecting your engine, airframe, and avionics while giving you a smoother, more comfortable flight.

Propeller balancing corrects uneven weight distribution across your propeller blades. Even small imbalances cause high-frequency vibration that travels through the engine mount and into the airframe — stressing components over time and making your aircraft uncomfortable to fly.
Dynamic balancing measures vibration while the engine is running, then makes precise corrections until vibration is reduced to near zero. The result is immediately noticeable — a smoother engine, quieter cockpit, and less wear on every part of your aircraft.
• Noticeable vibration through the seat, stick, or rudder pedals
• Engine instruments vibrating or hard to read in flight
• Excessive engine mount wear
• After any propeller strike — even a minor one
• After installing a new or repaired propeller
• After any engine removal and reinstallation
